Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at arsitaraa@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address. (Will be provided via email)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Our Arsitara pieces are adorned with intricate embellishments, including mirrors, shells, beads and other delicate details. These elements are carefully applied and form an integral part of the handcrafted character of each garment.

Because of their delicate nature, individual embellishments may occasionally loosen or become detached through handling, movement or transit. This is a characteristic of embellished garments and does not necessarily indicate a fault with the piece.

Every garment is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Should you believe your item has arrived with a significant fault or damage, please contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue. We will not issue a refund if there are minor damages to the delicate items.

By purchasing an Arsitara garment, you acknowledge that delicate embellishments require careful handling and care.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
